WHAT TO LOOK FOR

Check the time on your marketing texts.

Texts sent after 9PM or before 8AM.

Federal rules limit marketing texts to 8AM to 9PM, your local time. Every text sent outside that window could be worth $500 to $1,500.

How to check

  1. 1Open texts from stores, apps and brands.
  2. 2Tap a text to show its exact time. Most phones hide it until you tap.
  3. 3Screenshot anything after 9PM or before 8AM.

WE ALSO CHECK FOR

  • Texts that kept coming after you asked a company to stop. Any wording counts, not just STOP.
  • Texts from companies you never gave your number to.

Found any? Each one could be worth $500 to $1,500. All we need is screenshots.

The law, in one minute.

TCPA

Telephone Consumer Protection Act

Congress passed this law because marketing texts and calls got out of hand.

One of its rules is simple: companies can't send marketing texts after 9pm or before 8am.

When a company breaks this law, each text could be worth $500 to $1,500.

Checking your texts is free.

No upfront fees. No hourly bills. Nothing out of pocket to have your texts reviewed.

Send us your screenshots and we'll tell you if you have a case. If we take it, you still pay nothing. The companies we sue are responsible for our fees.

The process is simple.

  1. 1

    You send us the texts.

Screenshots are all we need. Make sure the whole message and the time show in each one.

  2. 2

We look them over, for free.

We'll let you know same day if you have a case.

  3. 3

If there's a case, we handle everything.

You go live your life. We handle it all.
